Patients struggled to activate accounts during NYU Langone’s telemedicine scale-up. I rebuilt the activation experience—clarifying language, steps, and feedback—so people could access care with confidence.

I’m a product designer based in New York, specializing in early stage 0→1 product development.
Previously, I led digital design at BMW & MINI’s startup accelerator, Urban-X, supporting founders reimagining city life. Before that, I worked on patient access at NYU Langone and monetization at Condé Nast.
Born in Chile and raised in New York, I’m a natural translator and visual thinker. I’ve always operated between languages, cultures, and perspectives. I love learning about others, navigating unknown places and am continuously expanding my skillset.
