Gentian is a UK startup using AI and satellite imagery to make biodiversity reporting faster and more affordable. In 16 weeks, I turned their proof-of-concept into a self-serve MVP—partnering with ecologists to design policy-aligned visual systems and streamlined AI workflows. The platform made habitat data usable for landowners, regulators, and investors, positioning Gentian as a leader in the emerging nature-tech market.

NYU Langone Health is one of the nation’s top hospitals, where digital access often defines the patient experience. As part of the Patient Access team, I redesigned account creation, scheduling, and insurance flows—simplifying language, testing with patients, and codifying scalable design patterns. The improvements raised activation rates from 14% to 85% and expanded adoption of telehealth and digital care.

Condé Nast was shifting its flagship magazines toward digital subscriptions to build a sustainable business model. I redesigned Vanity Fair’s subscription funnels, improving conversions by 60% in the first week, and then scaled a unified paywall, checkout, and account system across 23 brands. This monetization system was implemented across The New Yorker and WIRED.

Dandy is a direct-to-consumer pet health startup delivering fresh, personalized meals nationwide. I partnered with the founding team to design their first subscription system, creating personalized quizzes, tailored recommendations, and account management flows. The platform streamlined discovery and reordering, driving recurring revenue and retention through customer-centered subscription design.

GQ is a leading lifestyle brand with a loyal homepage audience but under-leveraged service journalism. In a six-week sprint, I led an end-to-end navigation redesign with editorial, product, and engineering—surfacing evergreen stories and improving category exploration. The redesign boosted engagement and commerce click-throughs while keeping editorial voice at the center.

I provided early design leadership for their carbon accounting product—researching workflows, prototyping dashboards, and clarifying how emissions were entered and disclosed. The platform made compliance reporting more usable and accurate, supporting enterprise teams in regulated environments.

Climatebase is a mission-driven platform connecting professionals with climate jobs and companies. I redesigned their job directory, search, and profiles to improve clarity, navigation, and trust—aligning the experience with the brand’s credibility. The updates created a more engaging marketplace, making it easier for people to discover roles in climate.
