In the UK, property owners must deliver a 10x biodiversity gain within 10 years, creating demand for affordable, accurate reporting. Gentian used AI and satellite imagery to replace costly, manual ecological surveys. In 16 weeks, I partnered with ecologists and remote sensing experts to turn their proof-of-concept into a self-serve MVP. I designed a policy-aligned visualization system and streamlined AI workflows that made compliance data accessible and actionable—helping landowners and investors make faster, better decisions and positioning Gentian as a market leader.

While working on NYU Langone Health’s Patient Access team, I increased patient account activation success from 14.73% to 88%. Analytics showed that most users dropped off at the validation or email verification stage. Through user interviews, we identified root causes such as unclear language and inconsistent rules. By simplifying terminology and streamlining workflows, we significantly improved user completion rates, increasing online scheduling for in-office visits and telemedicine.

Designed and launched a 0 → 1 subscription system with personalized quizzes, recommendations, and account management. The service streamlined discovery and re-ordering of pet treats, establishing recurring revenue and boosting customer retention. I collaborated with the team's founding business and engineering team to create ways to learn about customers, help them discover products that meet their needs and drive them to subscribe.

Vanity Fair was shifting to a paid model and needed a user experience that could drive conversion and scale across brands. I redesigned subscription flows, improving conversions by 60% on desktop in the first week of launch. I then scaled this monetization system to The New Yorker and WIRED, unifying paywall, checkout, and account experiences into a shared design system. This future-proofed the business by creating a sustainable digital revenue model across Condé Nast’s top-earning titles.

GQ had a loyal readership that came directly to its homepage for inspiration and trends, but many missed the deeper service journalism the brand is known for. In a 6-week sprint, our 3-person design team worked with editorial, analytics, product, and engineering to lead an end-to-end redesign. By improving navigation and surfacing evergreen content, we increased category exploration and shopping click-through rates, boosting both engagement and commerce opportunities.

Climatebase wanted to be the trusted hub for climate jobs but its directory was hard to navigate. I redesigned job filters, search, and company profiles to make roles easier to find and explore. The new design improved clarity, aligned with the mission-driven brand, and created a more credible and engaging marketplace for climate careers.

Companies face increasing pressure to track and report carbon emissions, but the workflows are complex. I provided early design leadership for Workiva’s carbon accounting platform, collaborating with product and engineering to research, prototype, and simplify data processes. My work clarified how emissions were entered, calculated, and reported, improving usability and helping teams measure, manage, and disclose their carbon impact more effectively.
