At Condé Nast, I redesigned subscription funnels for Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, and WIRED—driving an 80% lift in conversions. By unifying flows into a shared monetization design system, I scaled consistent paywall, checkout, and account experiences across 23 brands.

At NYU Langone, I led research, UX, and testing for patient onboarding and virtual care. Improved completion from 14% to 85% during COVID by simplifying onboarding, scheduling, billing, and account management. Expanded the design system with accessible, consistent components to scale trust and adoption.

Designed and launched a 0→1 subscription system with personalized quizzes, recommendations, and account management. The service streamlined discovery and re-ordering of pet treats, establishing recurring revenue and boosting customer retention.

Provided early-skm-tage design leadership for Workiva’s carbon accounting platform. Through research, prototyping, and system design, I elevated clarity and usability of complex emissions data workflows—helping teams measure, manage, and report carbon more effectively.

Redesigned Climatebase’s job directory, filters, and company profiles to improve discoverability of climate careers. Elevated usability and alignment with their mission-driven brand, resulting in clearer navigation, stronger engagement, and a more trustworthy hiring marketplace.
