Born in Chile and raised in New York, I’m a natural translator across languages, disciplines, and perspectives. I’m drawn to unfamiliar problems, collaborative environments, and work that is grounded in real human needs. I learn fast, think visually, and design systems that help teams move forward with clarity.

I’m a product designer based in Brooklyn, I work remotely for ServiceNow, leading the design of localization systems that enable global adoption of complex enterprise tools through clear, adaptable instructional frameworks.

Previously, I partnered with founders at BMW’s Urban-X accelerator, supporting startups across infrastructure, mobility, and climate resilience. Earlier, I worked on patient access at NYU Langone Health and monetization platforms at Condé Nast for brands including The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, and WIRED.

I’m always open to conversations about interesting problems and opportunities to collaborate, reach me at karol@karolmunoz.com.
